Since 1993, he has conducted seminars, conferences and training courses to thousand of individuals for every level of audience from diplomats to primary school students to more than 200 organizations large and small in Sabah, Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak, Negara Brunei Darussalam, Singapore as well as in the Middle East.

The Founder, Managing & Principal Consultant of UGMC (USAHAWAN GROUP Management Consultants), an HRD Training & Development firm established in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah in 1993, Taidin holds a Management Sciences (Marketing) degree from The University of Lancaster, United Kingdom and Diploma in Public Administration from UiTM (MARA University of Technology, Malaysia).

Prior to his present positions, he served for 12 years with a leading statutory body in Malaysia - Yayasan Sabah (Sabah Foundation) from 1981 to 1993 in the fields of educational and student affairs management and development.  Taidin who is fluent in English and Malay is also a former Radio Announcer and TV News Reader with RTM Sabah.

A Certified HRDF Trainer, currently, Taidin Suhaimin is a member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers and the Global Speakers Federation.
